I barely even recognized you! please, re-think it. a little extra hard work at the gym will get you the results you want. Take that 10+K and put a nice down payment on a place to setup some roots. The plastic surgery will only change the outside, not the inside. You think it will give you more confidence.. it won't. Its none of my business but felt that I had to say something, from someone who cares. At least consider it for now. Good luck!
