Apple will be holding an even as previously rumored at the National Association of Broadcasters (via). This “Lights, Camera, Apple” invite can be found after the jump. Apple has used past NAB events to update Final Cut Pro, introduce new notebooks and launch Soundtrack, its professional audio editing software.
Based on previous experiences with NAB Apple events, I doubt that there will be any new hardware, but Apple is known to surprise (read: no iLife ‘07 at MacWorld).
Well now that the cat is out of the bag. I guess I can tell you (since it’s information available publicly), that I am now also blogging for Boy Genius Report. My first post went live this morning about Sprint’s Ambassador service and new dual LCD touchscreen phone.
This is by no means any implication that I will stop blogging here, if anything it will provide me with more time to scan for items across the web to write about.

As of today, Apple is shipping the long awaited Apple TV. Most shipments are coming from FedEx, and you should have a tracking number if you check on the status of your order. These are scheduled to be arriving in Apple Stores across the nation very soon. Personally, I haven’t purchased one yet, but that isn’t to say I don’t want it.
