The site is up (Blackberry8800.com) and RIM has made the announcements. The site makes me even more excited for the phone. It is slated to have built in GPS that will work with Blacberry Maps (no word on Google maps yet). This is the phone I will be buying the day it is released, and Cingular is the US carried (Rogers the Canadian) so I can make the switch in anticipation for the iPhone.

No set release date on the site, but Feb 20th is still the rumored date of release.
