How’s the Zune selling?
18 11 2006Well I go to check the Amazon top 25 items list to see how the Zune is selling.
#1 item on the list is the 30 gig Black iPod 5.5G for $249 (same price as Zune).
Below that are 7 digital cameras, 5 iPods (including Shuffle), a SanDisk 2 GB MP3 PlayerSD, Philips 7-Inch Digital Picture Frame, KOSS Stereo In Ear Ear Plugs, 1 GB USB Flash Drive, Garmin Nuvi 350 Pocket GPS,….then the Zune 30 GB all the way down at 19th on the list.
So to re-cap, a SanDisk mp3 player that I’ve never heard of, 7 digital cameras, 6 iPods, ear plugs, and a $900 GPS all are outselling the Zune.
BTW, the Brown Zune is 74th on the list, and the White Zune is no where to be found on the top 100.
I have a feeling it is going to be an iPod Christmas. Sorry Microsoft.

the brown one is now on second place, been first for a full 24 hours but Amazon decided to raise the price from $89 to $128 now
