Okay so what happened?
16 02 2006Well Tuesday my radiator finally had it. I went and got a new one, yet on the way home the vehicle started to act very poorly. I bought the new radiator ($115), and my brother and I installed it.
We didn’t have coolant, so we started filling it with water. Well it just so happens that there was a 2nd coolant leak, and the water was draining out very quickly. I filled it, and headed the few blocks home. By the time I was home, it was drained.
Well now what to do? This is when I started all of my eBay auctions. Thru them I’ve raised about $2,000 so far. I used this and some personal finances to put a $2700 down payment on a 2005 Hyundai Accent.
I’ve never had a car loan, or anything of the sort. All of the vehicle’s I’ve gotten were given to me, or purchased relatively cheap.
It is SOOO nice to have a fully working vehicle. It has a 60,000 Bumper to Bumper warranty, and it drives very smooth. It gets great gas mileage too.

[...] February: For such a short month a ton happened. Dawn and Drew launched their Minion Army. There were some great Superbowl ads this year. I got to use and own the Fury 2.1 Multimedia Speakers for the iPod. Gmail got Gtalk butil inside, but it took a little while for me to get it. I tried different RSS readers, and am still using Bloglines today. StevieJ came out with a 1 gig nano and I instantly purchased it. One of my favorite shows, Arrested Development was canceled. Homestar Runner became a podcast. FlickrLicio.us became a photocast stream. I even got my first car that I would finance. Finally Apple came out with some Fun New Products while I was in San Francisco. [...]
