Google PC - The Google Cube
Nick Starr | January 3, 2006Wow when I saw this, I thought back to the unix based screenshots of what might be a google os back a while ago, which turned out to be fake.
They are in talks with Wal-Mart to sell a cheap pc, which being a Mac fan, I already have 2 mac’s a pc, I think I would still buy a Google PC. Mainly because as much of a Mac fan, I am also a huge Google fan. I would love to see how they work the OS. I bet it would be BLAZING FAST!
We might hear more details this week at CES, stay tuned. In the meantime read the LA Times article that started the recent buzz.

T | January 3, 2006A published report suggesting that Google plans to sell a low-priced personal computer through Wal-Mart Stores Inc. stirred some excitement but company spokeswoman Eileen Rodriguez shot down the speculation Tuesday in a prepared statement.
“We have many PC partners who serve their markets exceedingly well and we see no need to enter the market,” Rodriguez said.
