HostM has been pretty good, though they're not as touchy-feely, relying mainly on prompt, courteous email to resolve any issues. After asking people on four different forums, about 2000 users, those two consistently came up as receiving glowing review. Whether they offer what you need for the price you want, I don't know. As it has been...a week to week wouldn't even be good for me right now with all the crappy hosting I've been getting.
