It wasn’t but yesterday that I was griping that Incase hadn’t come out with a case for the nano yet.
Enter iLounge’s blog post today.
Wallet for iPod nano
The Incase nano Wallet is available in black or pink leather with gray suede lining, and features a screen protector and cord wrap-around function. The case has a single fold and opens up like a book. It will sell for $19.95.
Neoprene Sleeve for iPod nano
The Neoprene Sleeve is similar to the company’s Sports Case for the nano, but features a belt clip in place of a hand strap and armband. Available in black for $19.95, the case offers a velcro closure, screen protector and click wheel cover with play-through access.
Leather Folio for iPod nano
Incase’s new Leather Folio features a flip-down design with an over-the-top button closure, suede lining, belt clip and screen protector. The leather case will be available only in black for $24.95.
Neoprene sleve:

Wallet case:

I have ALWAYS used Incase cases for my iPod exclusively. I am leaning toward the Neoprene sleve or the wallet. I have always used the leather options they have and am not so impressed with the neoprene.
I don’t like having a flap over my screen, but the nano is so small it shouldn’t be so bad. I cannot wait for them to be avaliable in october.
BTW I don’t think I will go with pink…maybe a black for my 4 gig black nano.

Something about “Economy Class Syndrome” and blood clots. Well it is good to know info, but why is Google posting this on their official blog?
Guess it’s apt timing since I am flying to NYC tomorrow!

“If you’re feeling lucky, let your fellow motorists know where things stand.” Free shipping, so it’s only $1.20!
I am not sure if I blogged this or not about a month ago it came out on Digg.com. I placed my order that day.
It’s been about 34 days since and it is finally shipping. Guess I will have to take pics of my new Google License plate when it comes in.

I use Dreamhost to host all of my sites. I simply love their hosting…but it got even better. They turned 8!
For EVERY account (not just a reseller) you get UNLIMITED FULL DOMAINS HOSTED and unlimited subdomains. You cannot find that deal anywhere.
Also right now for the first 888 new signups, you can get 80% off the first year of any 1-2 year plan by using the promo code “888″ when signing up!
I HIGHLY recommend using them for your host. I have had a number of hosts and this has been the best one I’ve ever had!

From FLABLOG:
For reasons that are beyond me, Tampa Bay is the blogging capital of the Sunshine State. Not more populous Miami-Dade, not the studentville of Gainesville, not that center of political wonkery, Tallahassee, and not Orlando where there’s nothing better to do.
Cool…I’m a Tampa Bay blogger. I picked up a copy of the local TBT (Tampa Bay Times) today at Panera during lunch as that the cover story was about blogging in Tampa. Here is the story.
They outline a few Tampa area bloggers. Okay cool….but wait I’m not mentioned. Strange. Let me look at the stats.
With all of my blogs I have over 500,000 UNIQUE VISITS PER DAY!
I serve out over 15 gigs of bandwidth a day (and I don’t even podcast).
Instantly when I launch a new service I have over 50,000 people visit the new site within the first 6 hours.
So why am I not one of Tampa Bay’s best-read bloggers? What about the Nobody Likes Onions guys? What about Digital Flotsam with PW Fenton? Sure they are podcasters, but doesn’t that also make them bloggers?
The strange part is that I know one of the writers for the paper, he did an article about my roomie and myself and our gadget bag.
Okay enough with the ranting…I did find something cool on Tommy Duncan’s Sticks of Fire blog. It is a blog that incorporates ALL of the Tampa blogs into one. It is called TampaBLAB (Tampa Bay Local Area Bloggers). I submitted my feed to be added. Let’s hope that I get picked up in the syndication!
P.S. The story did lead me to a great blog called Sarah In Tampa where this very attractive woman blogs about tech. How hot is that, a hottie talking tech on a blog.

Just got my FedEx package containing my brand new Casio digial camera. I really have not owned a digital camera before. I got a Sony T1 back a while ago but just to take on a trip.
I REALLY love the screen on this camera. As far as I know it is the largest LCD display on a digital camera at 2.7″.

It is a 5.0 megapixel with 3x optical zoom, which is typical of all lightweight slender digital cameras today. Takes stunning pics from what I have seen. I will upload some later on tonight.
It even comes with a dock…which is part of my 2 small annoyances. The power cord and the usb cord connect to the dock ONLY. They do not connect to the camera at all. Ehh that kinda sucks, oh well just something else to bring with me on long trips.
I got a 512 SD card for it on NewEgg for $25.99, so I shouldn’t be running out of room for pics anytime soon. Especially since the photo connector for the iPod doesn’t work with the Nano.
