Have I ever said that I hate BrightHouse Cable?? Well I do.... My two week old HD-DVR from them has suddenly stoped working... I called up tech support and they said that the chip was coded incorrectly and it is showing up as "lost box." Whoever knows that means.... The good news...it won't effect me much except for tonight (and Sunday night) as that they are sending someone out between 5-8 on Monday night.... Now the ONE downfall of the software is that I have to have it running on my computer to post, although I think I can send in emails and have them post without the software running. I have to leave the computer running to be able to post to the site, so I guess that will be running the whole time..Thank goodness I don't pay for electricity. Well it seems strange since it is FREEZING outside that it isn't Winter yet...(which starts on Tuesday officially)... No word from work yet on if I have approval for time off for the next two days to go up to Boston. No clue what this means...I mean what if I called in sick?? That wouldn't of mattered...but if I ask a week and a half in advance to take off for two days...I could potentially get turned down for it and even possibly terminated. What kind of sense does that make? I am going to go...I mean I already have a plane ticket and everything. Sigh...I guess I just wait and pray for the best...
